Creating a website for JE Solutions using the Google Sites web development platform was a project that involved careful planning, budget considerations, and efficient execution. JE Solutions, an asset recovery company based in Stillwater, OK, required an online presence to represent its services and engage potential clients effectively. Here's a closer look at this project:

Platform Selection: Google Sites was chosen as the web development platform for several reasons. Firstly, it is known for its user-friendly interface, making it accessible for individuals with various levels of web development experience. Secondly, it aligns with budget constraints, as Google Sites offers free and low-cost website creation and hosting options. Its drag-and-drop functionality and integration with other Google Workspace tools streamlined the development process.

Project Goals: The primary goal was to create a website that showcased JE Solutions' core services, expertise, and contact information. The website must be informative, professional, and reflective of the company's brand. Given budget limitations, efficiency and resourcefulness were critical to achieving these goals.

Timeframe: The project was relatively short, with completion expected within 1-3 Months. This timeframe added an element of urgency and required a well-structured plan to ensure all necessary website components were created and refined promptly.

I was initially brought on board to oversee their customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Infusionsoft and Kartra. These systems were pivotal in managing customer data, streamlining communications, and improving customer engagement.

One of my primary responsibilities was to ensure the health of Tolman Health's contact database. This involved various tasks, including creating new contacts, updating existing records, cleaning outdated information, and maintaining the database's integrity. We provide our customers with a seamless and personalized experience by keeping the database up-to-date and accurate.

Additionally, I handled customer inquiries related to technical concerns, such as updating personal information or resetting passwords. Prompt and effective resolution of these issues was crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. My role required me to be responsive and adept at promptly troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

Beyond CRM management, I took on a pivotal role in email marketing automation. I created and maintained email marketing campaigns tailored to Tolman Health's various monthly and yearly events. This involved designing engaging email templates, segmenting the contact list, scheduling automated email sends, and tracking campaign performance.

The email marketing campaigns were essential for promoting Tolman Health's events, sharing valuable content, and nurturing customer relationships. By leveraging automation, we could reach the right audience at the right time, enhancing our marketing efforts' efficiency and effectiveness.

Academe, Technical Assistant, SOP, and Syllabus Development

My involvement in developing the website and optimizing departments for ISO preparations was a multifaceted role that allowed me to contribute significantly to my organization's efficiency and overall performance.

Website Development: In the capacity of strategic planning, content management, and website design, I played a pivotal role in creating an effective online presence for the organization. This involved collaborating closely with various teams to understand their needs and objectives. I helped design the website's architecture, ensuring it was user-friendly and aligned with the organization's branding. Managing content involved curating and creating engaging and informative materials for the website. The strategic planning encompassed setting goals, defining key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to enhance the website's reach and impact.

ISO Preparations: Preparing departments for ISO certification is a complex undertaking that requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement. I took charge of evaluating all the organization's departments, dissecting their operations, and identifying areas that required enhancement to meet ISO standards. This process involved conducting thorough audits, documenting existing processes, and collaborating with department heads to implement necessary changes. By optimizing these processes, we prepared the organization for ISO certification and streamlined operations, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing productivity.

Program Head and Syllabus Development: As a Program Head, I had the opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of the University of Mindanao's College of Computing Education. One of my key responsibilities was the development of a subject's syllabus. This task required a deep understanding of the subject matter, industry trends, and educational best practices. I collaborated with fellow educators and subject matter experts to craft a comprehensive syllabus aligned with the college's curriculum objectives. This syllabus was designed to provide students with a well-rounded and up-to-date education.

In both roles, my contributions extended beyond specific job descriptions. I brought a holistic perspective to each task, focusing on efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. These experiences underscored the importance of adaptability, effective collaboration, and a dedication to continuous improvement in achieving success in various professional endeavors.

UM Alumni Affairs is an extension of the University of Mindanao, and its primary focus is engaging with students, fresh graduates, and alumni to foster a sense of community and provide valuable resources.

Here's a breakdown of the critical aspects of this project:

Wix is known for its user-friendly interface and a wide range of customizable templates and features, making it an excellent choice for creating visually appealing and functional websites. Leveraging Wix's drag-and-drop editor, I could design and structure the site to meet the specific needs of UM Alumni Affairs.

Audience Engagement: UM Alumni Affairs is pivotal in connecting with a diverse audience, including current students, recent graduates, and alumni spanning various generations. The website served as a central hub for all these stakeholders, offering information, news, and updates tailored to their interests and needs. Engaging content, such as alumni success stories, event announcements, and career resources, was regularly published to foster a sense of belonging and encourage participation.

Visitor Traffic: One of the notable achievements of this project was the significant website traffic it attracted. With more than 5,000 monthly visitors, it's evident that the website effectively reached and engaged its target audience. This traffic indicates the site's popularity and its importance as a valuable resource for UM students and alums.

Community Building: Beyond serving as an information portal, the website played a pivotal role in community building. Features like discussion forums, directories, and social media integration facilitated interaction and networking among UM's current and former students. This sense of community is invaluable for alumni relations and can lead to increased support for the university and its programs.

In summary, developing and managing the UM Alumni Affairs website on the Wix platform was a rewarding experience. It allowed me to create a dynamic online space that effectively engaged with a diverse audience and facilitated community building. The impressive visitor traffic underscored the website's significance as a valuable resource for UM students and alumni alike, and it continues to play a vital role in fostering connections and supporting this community.

Team Management 

My journey at Outsourced Doers was marked by significant growth and development for myself and the teams I had the privilege to lead. I initially joined the company as a Team Leader, responsible for overseeing a group of dedicated professionals. My role primarily revolved around ensuring that our team met and exceeded its targets, maintained high-quality standards, and delivered exceptional client service.

As a Team Leader, I quickly recognized the importance of establishing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), practical strategies, and well-defined project milestones. These elements were crucial for achieving our short-term goals and creating a roadmap for long-term success.

Over time, my dedication to enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement was recognized. This recognition led to my promotion to Senior Team Leader. In this elevated role, I had the privilege of teaching my team and mentoring and supporting junior team leaders. I found immense satisfaction in helping team members grow professionally and personally.

One of the most significant milestones in my career at Outsourced Doers was my appointment as the Workforce Planning Manager. In this role, I was entrusted with allocating our workforce to various projects. This required a keen understanding of our team members' skills and strengths, project requirements, and client expectations. I collaborated closely with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, department heads, and HR. We developed and refined essential SOPs, strategies, projects, milestones, policies, and procedures. These documents were instrumental in ensuring that our workforce was effectively deployed to meet project demands and deadlines. Moreover, they provided a framework for our team's growth and success.

Throughout this journey, I learned the importance of adaptability, effective communication, and leadership. I also developed a deep appreciation for the value of teamwork and collaboration in achieving organizational goals.
